ATTENDANCE

• Payment must be made for all lessons, whether taken or missed. 

• Replacement lessons will NOT be offered in the case of student absence.

• No refund is given if the student decides to discontinue with lessons. 

• If a teacher is unable to give a lesson, a substitute teacher may take the lesson instead. If this is not possible, the lesson will be rescheduled or credit given.

ILLNESS

If a student is not feeling well, we ask that they are not brought in for the lesson. As a guide, If a student wasn't able to go to school/work, we kindly ask that you do not send them to their music lesson.

PRACTICE

• Practice is essential in progressing and improving at your instrument. 

• We would suggest that you set aside time for daily practice. 10 minutes of practice daily, is much better than one 60-minute session. 

• The act of picking up your instrument regularly is far more beneficial for achieving your goals. 

• Children will need encouragement from parents/guardians with this. 
  

ENROLMENT

• Students must enrol for a minimum of one full term.

• Students are scheduled on a first come first served basis.

• We make every effort to suit student preferences. However, scheduling of lessons will depend on available time slots.

• Occasionally, MSOM may need to adjust the scheduled times of classes for administrative reasons.
